Meet the Instructors

Instructor
Marian
"My name is Marian, born and raised in Venezuela. From as far back as I can remember, Flamenco has been a huge part of my world. Dancing has always been more than movement — it's a language between my body, my mind, and the music."
Every step, every rhythm, every moment feels like a deep emotional connection. Flamenco embodies elegance, strength, and femininity, and has shaped who I am today. It is not just a passion — it is part of my soul.

Instructor
Keli Garcia Allen
"Keli Garcia Allen was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela, and moved to Jacksonville, Florida at the age of 12. Her love for Flamenco began in childhood after watching a troupe of Flamenco dancers perform at her aunt's wedding."
Keli trained in ballet and jazz from a young age, building a strong foundation in movement and technique. While pursuing her degree at the University of Florida, she began studying Flamenco and Salsa, which quickly became her favorite forms of artistic expression.
Today, Keli serves as the Director of Shining Bright Arts Preschool and continues to dance with Flamenco de la Costa. She is passionate about sharing her love of music and dance with children, inspiring them to discover the joy and confidence that come through creative self-expression.
